A court date for failure to correct code violations by the specified dates has been scheduled for November 12, 2003 at
10:00am, Rm 194, 420 Jackson St A reinspection will be made on September 2 & September 25, 2003 to assure
ompliance on those items due in this order unless you confirm compliance by phone or mail. Failure to comply on the due
elates may result in citations being issued.
Deficiencies must be corrected and approved prior to concealment. Office hO!Jrs for obtaining permits are Monday through
Friday 7:30-8:30 a.m. and 12:30-1 :30 p.m. or by appointment. To schedule inspections please call the Inspection Request line
at 236-5128 noting the address, permit n!Jmber (when applicable), and the nature of what needs to be inspected.
