Having had no further contact or confirmation of compliance concerning this order, an inspection was made on 5/16/07 to
determine the status of the corrections. The following uncorrected/reoccurring violations were noted:

covered with exterior siding for purposes of preservation and appearance. Areas where paint is chipping/peeling need to be repaired by

Summary rrhe origional Compliance Date was changed to 5/15/07 to allow for proper weather to make the necessary repairs. The
painting needs to be completed no later than 5/30/07 unless a written request for an extension is submitted. Please contact
me at 236-5137 if you have any questions.
Violations must be corrected and approved within 30 days unless otherwise noted. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections, the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 5/15/2007 FINAL NOTICE
Office hours for obtaining permits are Monday through Friday 7:30-8:30 a.m. and 12:30-1 :30 p.m. or by appointment. To schedule
inspections please call the Inspection Request line at 236-5128 noting the address, permit number (when applicable), and the
nature of what needs to be inspected.
