The following uncorrected/reoccurring violations were noted: Item # Description Code 17-36A Compliance No Compliance Date 11/17/2006 rrhe exterior of every structure (garage) shall be maintained by the owner in good repair. All exterior surfaces thereof be kept painted or covered with exterior siding for purposes of preservation and appearance. Areas where paint is chipping/peeling need to be repaired by ~craping and painting or covering with a weather resistant material. 11/17/2006 Last Updated Summary rrhe origional Compliance Date was changed to 5/15/07 to allow for proper weather to make the necessary repairs. Upon completing the corrections, the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 5/15/2007 FINAL NOTICE Office hours for obtaining permits are Monday through Friday 7:30-8:30 a.m. and 12:30-1 :30 p.m. or by appointment.
