Second floor Tenant (Inner Sun Yoga Studio) build out
Greetings Allyn Dannhoff.
The above project consists of a second floor Tenant build out. The entire suite is 1907
square feet. The north section of this suite has 845 square feet. This is the room that will
be occupied by the yoga classes. As per table 1003.2.2.2, an exercise room requires 50
square feet of floor space per occupant. At this ratio there will be a maximum of 17
people in this room. At this ratio there would only be 39 people in the whole suite. In
either instance there will be less than 50 people in the suite and as per code only one exit
door will be required and that door needs not swing in the direction of egress. This suite
has two (2) doors, one swings in and one swings out. These plans have been submitted to
the State and have been accepted as shown. I am attaching a letter from the new tenant
stating that there will never be more than 50 people in the entire suite at one time
including instructors. In a typical class there will be approximately 6 to 30 people
maximum. Please contact me if you have further questions or require additional

Inner Sun Yoga Studio, LLC will be operating a yoga studio and wellness center at 146
Algoma Blvd, Suite F, in Oshkosh. The classroom area will be on the north side of the
suite. Classes and events will include, but are not limited to, yoga, pirates, workshops,
and Gallery Walk. We will have fewer than 50 people in this area at all times, including
instructors. In a typical class we will have approximately 6 to 30 people maximum.

The submittal described above has been reviewed for conformance with applicable Wisconsin Administrative Codes
and Wisconsin Statutes. The submittal has been CONDITIONALLY APPROVED. The owner, as defmed in
chapter 101.01(10), Wisconsin Statutes, is responsible for compliance with all code requirements.
The following conditions shall be met during construction or installation and prior to occupancy or use:
· IMC 302.3/IFGC 302.3 Joist notching; stud cutting and notching; as well as bored holes in wood framing
associated with the installation ofHV AC equipment and its distribution system shall be limited as defined in this
code section.
· IMC 306/IFGC 306 Provide access and service space as required for appliances located in alcoves, rooms,
attics, under floors, and on roofs or elevated structures. In addition add a light fixture and electrical receptacle
per the National Electrical Code 210.63, 210.70(A)3. and 21O.70(C).
A copy of the approved plans, specifications and this letter shall be on-site during construction and open to
inspection by authorized representatives of the Department, which may include local inspectors. If plan index sheets
were submitted in lieu of additional full plan sets, a copy of this approval letter and index sheet shall be attached to
plans that correspond with the copy on file with the Department. All permits required by the state or the local
municipality shall be obtained prior to commencement of construction/installation/operation.
If this construction project will disturb one or more acres ofland, an Erosion Control Notice ofIntent (N0l) shall be
filed with the department 7 days prior to any earth disturbing activities. You will need to either file the NOl and an
erosion control plan summary on-line at www.commerce.wi.gov/sb or submit a completed NOl form and either a
plan summary or complete plan to us, with additional fees, or to the certified municipality.
In granting this approval the Division of Safety & Buildings reserves the right to require changes or additions should
conditions arise making them necessary for code compliance. As per state stats 101.12(2), nothing in this review
shall relieve the designer of the responsibility for designing a safe building, structure, or component.

per Comm 2.10 installation of BV AC without approved plans could result in double fees.

. Comm 61.30(3) This review does not include lighting. Comm 63.0001. Prior to installation, lighting plans and
calculations shall be prepared in compliance with the code and properly signed and sealed. The plans shall be
available at the job site as requested by the Department representative or local official.

compliance with this section. Address the need for 90 minute continued illumination in case of power loss.
