Dear Mr. Brinkman:
RE: 763 Vine Avenue
It has come to the attention of this department that a water
heater has been installed at 763 Vine Avenue without obtaining
the required permit. This was noted to you in a Violation/Cor-
rection Notice dated September 21, 1990, and to date this permit
has not been obtained. Since you have been previously noticed on
this requirement (April 19, 1990, concerning 132-140 High Ave.)
you must have a licensed plumber secure this Plumbing Permit by
October 2, 1991. If this Plumbing Permit for 763 Vine Avenue is
not obtained by this date citations will be issued.
I would also like to inform you that any future violations of
this requirement will also result in the issuance of a citation.
If you have any questions call me at 236-5050 during the office
hours of 8:00-9:00 a.m. or 1:00-2:00 p.m.

Dear Mr. Brinkman:
RE: 763 Vine Avenue
It has come to the attention of this department that a water
heater has been installed at 763 Vine Avenue without obtaining
the required permit. This was noted to you in a Violation/Cor-
rection Notice dated September 21, 1990, and to date this permit
has not been obtained. Since you have been previously noticed on
this requirement (April 19, 1990, concerning 132-140 High Ave.)
you must have a licensed plumber secure this Plumbing Permit by
October 3, 1991. If this Plumbing Permit for 763 Vine Avenue is
not obtained by this date citations may be issued.
Also, in discussing this issue with the Director of Community
Development, he asked that we provide this written request to you
and remind you once again that permits are required where such
installations are to be undertaken at not only this location, but
other rental properties which you have, and to indicate that if
such installations are undertaken without the necessary permits,
citations will be requested whenever said installations are found
- recognizing that this communication should provide more than
sufficient notice in this regard.
