This was noted to you in a Violation/Cor- rection Notice dated September 21, 1990, and to date this permit has not been obtained. Since you have been previously noticed on this requirement (April 19, 1990, concerning 132-140 High Ave.) you must have a licensed plumber secure this Plumbing Permit by October 2, 1991. If this Plumbing Permit for 763 Vine Avenue is not obtained by this date citations will be issued. I would also like to inform you that any future violations of this requirement will also result in the issuance of a citation.
