The siding shall be replaced after the foundation has been repaired under the porch. 3. l8-79.lA .Muchof the soffit~ fascia an~ wood trim on the dwelling has chipped and peeling paint. These surfaces shall be scraperl, primed and painted. 4. 7-8 The new rear porch and steps have not been built to Code with proper handrails and guadrails. 5.
