1. 16-33 (6) Handrails are requi~ed on both sides of the front entry
steps to include Co~e co~pliant funtermediate spacing.
2. l8-79.1A The siding is falling off of the dwelling on the Northeas
corner of the dwelling probably due to the collapse of .
the Nnrtheast foundation. The siding shall be replaced
after the foundation has been repaired under the porch.
3. l8-79.lA .Muchof the soffit~ fascia an~ wood trim on the dwelling
has chipped and peeling paint. These surfaces shall be
scraperl, primed and painted.
4. 7-8 The new rear porch and steps have not been built to Code
with proper handrails and guadrails.
5. NEC21Q-70 An exterior light is required to illuminate the rear step.
Permit Required.
6. 18-79.lB The auto engine .in the rear yard shall be removed and
properly disposed of.
7. 16-35 (1) The kitchen ceiling plaster has become unkeyed and some
of it has already fallen. The unkeyed plast~r shall be
removed and a new ceiling installed.
