CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY
An Occupancy Permit is hereby granted for the replacement of front
porch to the building located at 823 Bismarck Ave., Oshkosh, Wisconsin
as described in Building Permit application number(s)07687.
This building is to be used only as a Single Family Residence and is in
the R-2 Two Family Residence District.
LIMITATIONS:
Maximum floor loading: 40 pounds per square foot live load
Maximum number of persons and/or living units: 1 living units
NOTE:
A new Certificate of Occupancy shall be required prior to occupancy,
should additional building(s) be erected, or should any buildings
mentioned above be altered or moved. The use of land, or buildings
shall not be changed until a Certificate of Occupancy is issued for
that occupancy.
