This building is to be used only as a Single Family Residence and is in the R-2 Two Family Residence District. LIMITATIONS: Maximum floor loading: 40 pounds per square foot live load Maximum number of persons and/or living units: 1 living units NOTE: A new Certificate of Occupancy shall be required prior to occupancy, should additional building(s) be erected, or should any buildings mentioned above be altered or moved.
