1. NOTE: Requires elevations to be submitted with building materials. Not supplied with original documents.
Reyised submission (04/16/07) did not include elevations either. Submission (dated 05/16/07) included
color elevations, which are approved.
2. NOTE: Discrepancy exists between landscape planting figures. Revised submission (05109/07) continues to
show discrepancy between "landscape plant list" and "landscape requirements". Revised submission
(05/21/07) has corrected discrepancy. Landscape plan approved.
3. NOTE: Requires Common Council approval (scheduled/approved 03/27/07) for CUP and Rezoning.
4. CONDITION: Requires lot re-configuration. CSM approved by PC on 05/01/07; requires Common Council
approval.
5. NOTE: North entrance 4' divider shall be a rumble strip. Revised submission shows alteration.
6. CONDITION: Provide access agreements between inlots and outlots.
7. NOTE: East entrance apron is too wide. Maximum of 40', Revised submission shows alteration. However,
width at entrance needs to be adjusted to 30'. Revised submission shows 25/35 driveway. Approved.
8. NOTE: Photometric plan indicates higher than pennittable light levels at west and northwest property lines.
All lighting installed cannot exceed 0.5 foot candles above ambient light level at the property lines per
Code. Revised submission did not include a photometric plan. Revised submission (05/16/07) shows
alteration. Approved.
9. CONDITION: Provide documentation allowing building over gas and sanitary sewer easements.
10. CONDITION: All rooftop and ground level mechanical equipment and utilities must be screened in
accordance with Municipal Code-Section 30-35 (1)(5).
II. NOTE: Signage is not part of this review, as it is not supplied. No signage shall be installed until a signage
plan is supplied and approved by the Department of Community Development.
