This letter is in regards to the Correction Notice I ,received ,fr.omBmcc Luedtke dated ,
1/18/01. i:J1)d the phone conversations I had with you, concerning a structure I have on a
cement sIilb behind my nouse' at r-m 'HttronCT.' HrnU'W"lroW'thaUhe:structure is- illegal.
and will have it taken down as soon as weather pennits. Please allow me a "grace
period" until Easter vacation ofthe public schools to takeibfo\vn..tneweek of April 8-14>
At that time the snow will be gone and the base will no longer be frozen to the concrete.
It will give me adequate time to take it apart cleanly and'safely so I can sell it or package
it in a condition'thaH:ean:stomitwithoutdan1a.gin&iL.
It was a comedy of errors that led me to put the structure up in the first place. Please
understand that 1 never intended to erect a strucntre that violated :btiildiiig or municipal
codes. This faU Iacquired,.three.antique,.vehiG-~,a-l964 COnrair,..19.67 Honda.
motorcycle, and a 1974 Volkswagen Super Beetle. As winter approached, the storage
