The dwelling was found to be in use as a rooming house with five unrelated females residing therein. The Oshkosh Municipal Code defines a rooming house as any dwelling unit in which space is let by the owner or operator to more than four unrelated persons. No dwelling may be occupied as a rooming house unless the dwelling is currently licensed by the C~ty as a rooming house. A license has not been issued. Therefore the occupancy of the dwelling shall be reduced to four persons. The occupants of the dwelling have been informed, however, that the occupancy will not have to be reduced until May 31, 1985, the end of the school semester.
