Luminaires were still not secured to the grid, clearly ID OCPD's, EM III is not completely installed, the Low Voltage contractor did not

Duane,
As you are not building in the floodway (only adding fill in the floodplain to meet regulations/code for flood
protection) and are no longer going to remove or alter the floodway or floodplain maps through a LOMA from
FEMA, the condition regarding the LOMA is no longer necessary.
The condition of the cross parking easement is another story however. I spoke with Darryn regarding the required
cross parking access agreement (that allocated 54 stalls to the office) and he has stated that the City will need a
copy of an actual legal document dedicating the spaces to the office as it was specifically listed as a condition of
the Common Council CUP/PD approval.

Attached is a sketch showing the modifications we discussed at 240 Ohio Street in
regards to the exit paths. Thanks for working thru the solutions with me yesterday!
DQ.ring my field inspection we noticed that we missed installing a I-hour ceiling in the
break room. We're going to re-do the current construction and the following sketch
shows reference to the system we're going to use in order to get the I-hour rating.
I altered the exit signs $0 the front waiting rOOni. is no longer being used as an exit.
However, I'm assuming the occupants in that room will use the front entry as their
means of egress in lieu of going thru the building since we only need one way out of
that room.
I have a call into zoning but am still waiting to hear back. Let me know if you have
any questions.

In granting this approval the Division of Safety & Buildings reserves the right to require changes or additions should
