and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections, the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 6/11/2007

. If the city of Oshkosh would keep their eyes in neighborhoods where hom~s are. not
maintained we as tax payers would not have to pay to repair and clean up these so called
blighted areas.
Volunteers could be recruited to be watch dogs throughout the city.
Send someone around the city with a camera, do not wait until many of these properties
are falHng down and trash piled a mile high before something is done. Home owners as
wen as tenants should be responsible for maintaining their homes and yards, not the
taxpayers because they are just too lazy. .
Two years ago (at least) the foHowing was reported to the city inspectors office.
920 W Bent new room was created in an unfinished attic, new electric, all'new windows
and doors were installed, new fence, where was the permit????
1005 W Bent House should have been condemmed, it has now been sold and will
not attract people that will maintain the property, how often has this property been
inspected since the many different workers have been pounding nails there. Are you sure
everything has been done with a licensed contractor?
1614 Beech Trailers in back yard, mile high hedge not tPllh"'lled, jun1( piled by garage,'
garage sale that last through out TI1e summer. Nice to look at.
1615 Beech Side porch falling off (was just now removed) broken windows, unkempt
yard, make shift storage shed (just built) dog tied outside aU day or running through
neighbors yards.
1621 Beech House has been vacant for at least seven years, had many code. violations,
should have been condemmed . If it had been inspected throug..h out the years it would
have been condemmed.
1624 Beech unkempt yard, south side window was closed up when illegal bath was
installed, window is unsightly, main wall was taken out in upper bedroom, fence installed
with no permit. .
1624 Cedar A pile of trash h,as been grower larger each year behind this house,
slrunks,possums and 'whatever there surely makes their home there in thevn_nter and
possibly in the sum..?Ileralso.
