South Park Ave. Oshkosh, WI 54902 Ref: Plumbing Plan Approval: Marion Manor (Phase I Water Oist) 600 Merritt Ave., Oshkosh, WI Plan 10# Y2-253-0507-P Dear Sirs, Examination of the plumbing plans and specifications for this project has been completed. In accord with Chapter 145, Wisconsin Statute, and COMM 81 through 85, Wisconsin Administrative Code, the plumbing plans and specifications are approved 'contingent upon compliance with the stipulation(s) noted below. 1. Clearwater discharge (air-conditioner condensate) is limited to a maximum of 50 gallons per day for the building per COMM 82.36(4) 2. Vent stacks shall connect to the vertical portion of the drain stacks below the lowest branch drain connection by means of a wye pattern fitting per COMM 82.31 (4) 3. Abandoned drain and vent lines shall be sealed airtight by approved means per COMM 84.40 4. Hot water lines that are circulated for temperature maintenance shall be insulated for heat loss per COMM 82.40(5) , 5. Based on the calculated "A" value of 4 for the water distribution system the minimum PEX lead for a toilet supply shall be no less than 5/8" diameter per COMM 82.40 In the event installation of this plumbing system has not commenced within two years from this date, this approval shall become void. A new application accompanied by full examination fees shall be filed and an updated approval received before work may commence. In granting this approval, the City of Oshkosh or its representative does not hold itself liable for any defects in plans or specifications, plan omissions, examination oversight, construction or any damage that may result in or after installation. The City of Oshkosh reserves the right to order changes or additions should conditions arise making this necessary. It shall be necessary for the installing plumber to obtain a plumbing permit from the City of Oshkosh before proceeding with actual installation of this plumbing system or any of its parts.
