1. NOTE: Property is located in the Universal Business Park (UBP), which has additionial restrictions
and covenants.
2. CONDITION: No canopies with visible wall hangers will be permitted. !
3. CONDITION: Dumpster enclosure area must be 20' from side lot line per 5.C ofUB? covenants.
4. CONDITION: Details on dumpster enclosure not submitted. In addition to con~ition #3, per
covenants & City of Oshkosh Zoning Code (see 10.B & 30-35 14), the refuse dispos~l area will be
composed of solid materials that match the faryade of the principal building. Also, thb area will be
