However, due to ownership change on the subdivision in which this property is located, he did not go forward with the project. At this point another developer obtained a separate permit and has commenced building a new house on this lot. Mr. Mathusek has requested that his permit fees be refunded. The subdivision has since been Bold and we do not plan on doing any further construction in this development. We definitely will not be building on the above referenced property. i (Lot # 4).
