REFUND OF PERMIT FEES
Mr. Mathusek obtained a permit to erect a house at 3070 Hunters
Place in December of 1993. However, due to ownership change on
the subdivision in which this property is located, he did not go
forward with the project.
At this point another developer obtained a separate permit and
has commenced building a new house on this lot.
Mr. Mathusek has requested that his permit fees be refunded.
Therefore, the attached is a request to refund the Building
Permit fees and the Parkland Dedication fee.

When I originally took out the permit for the above referenced property
the subdivision was owned by Algoma Captial Group and we were operating under a
specific development agreement between this group and ourselves. The subdivision
has since been Bold and we do not plan on doing any further construction in this
development. We definitely will not be building on the above referenced property.

us (for which we have previously paid for the permit for this property)? Please
