BE BUILT TO CODE TO INCLUDE GUARDRAILS AND HANDRAILS AS REQUIP.ED BY THE
BUILDING INSPECTOR. PERMIT REQUIRED.
A NEW SOlITH PORCH AND STEPS-HAVE BEEN BUILT WITHOUT PERMIT. TI-lE HANDRAILS
AND GUARDRAILS ON THIS STRUCTURE ALSOro NOT MEET CODE. THIS NEW PORCH
(\ND STEPS SHALL BE INSPECTED BY THE BUILDING INSPECTOR AND CORRECTED PER

OOOR SHALL BE REPLACED WITH A SOLID CORE OOO~ TREATED FOR WEATHER AND A
DEADBOLT LOCK AS DEFINED IN SECTION 16-22 OF THE MINIMLM HOUSING CODE
SHALL BE INSTALLED.

I believe the above-mentioned residence has the following deficiencies:
1. Exterior of the dwelling is in such a condition that it is reflective
of deterioration and inadequate maintenance;
2. Junk and debris in the back yard (including a snowmobile);
3. Weeds, brush, and grass along the fence/property line, and the foun-
dation~ are in dire need of maintenance.
1 would request that you conduct an inspection of the residence.
