F!NDINGS OF INSPECTION
1. ILHR82.21 Condition exists were a1r from the C~ty sanitary sewer
may enter the building livinz area due to.an unsealed
opening in the building sanitary drain pipe system.
2. ILHR82.10.The bathroom does not have a lavatdry installed.
3. ILHR82.31 Traps serving individual fixtures are not served by an
acceptable venting system to protect trap waber seals
from plus or minus pressures in the drain system.
4. ILHR82.81 Vent ~ystem does not terminate in the open air outside
the building.
5. ILNR82.41 Water distribution p1pe system has been undersized.
6. ILHR84.40 CPVC plastic water lines have been installed without use
of approved primers or solvent cements.
7. ILHR84.40.Connections between ABS plastic and PVC plastic drains
have been made without required adaptor fittings.
NOTE: A licenced plumber with a permit for the work
involved will be required for correction of. the
