Box 44 Butte Des Morts, WI 54927 RE: 330 Hudson Ave., Oshkosh, WI Dear Mr. Knutson: Inspection of your property at 330 Hudson-.Ave. revealed the following violations of the Wisconsin Administrative Code, Chap~r ILHR 82 as it relates to the buildings plumbing system: 1. The trap under the kitchen sink is leaking, making it impossible to maintain the trap seal. ILHR 82.01(15) ILHR 82.18(1) 2. That portion of the drainage piping serving the kitchen sink has deteriorated and is being he ld together by tape. ILHR 82.01(5) 3. The drainage pipe serving the bathroom lavatory discharges into the basement laundry tray. ILHR 82.01(9) 4. The drainage pipe serving the basement laundry tray is plugged and no longer functional. ILHR 82. Ol( 8) 5. The building plumbing vent stack located in the bathroom has an unplugged opening that shall be sealed airtight. ILHR 82.01(9) 6. The bathroom lavatory is connected to the drainage system with unapproved materials. ILHR 82.19(2)(a)15 7. The bathtub faucet is leaking uncontrollably. ILHR 82.19(17) Correction of the above violations will require a licensed plumber with a permit for work issued by the City of Oshkosh. Notification for reinspection of completed corrections shall be received no later than October 31, 1984. Any questions you have concerning this matter may be referred to the Plumbing Inspection Office for the City of Oshkosh at 236-5052 or in room 205 of City Hall.
