FINDINGS OF INSPECTION
THE BROKEN PANE OF GLASS IN THE SOUTH LIVING ROOM WINDOW SHALL BE RE-
PLACED.
DURING THE INSPECTION IT WAS NOTED THAT A NUMBER OF. ELECTRICAL WALL REC-
EPTACLES ARE LOOSE IN THE \~ALL. ALL RECEPTACLES SHALL BE CHECKED FOR
PROPER INSTALLATION,
THE BROKEN PANE OF GLASS IN THE WINDOW AT THE TOP OF THE FRONT INTERIOR
STAIRS SHALL BE REPLACED.
THE DETERIORATED FRONT PORCH ROOFING SHALL BE REPLACED.
THE FLOURESCENT LIGHTING IN THE SECOND FLOOR MASTER BEDROOM HAS BEEN
HAZARDOUSLY AND INPROPERLY WIRED AND SHALL BE REINSTALLED BY A LICENSED
CONTRACTOR.
THE ROOF IS LEAKING ON THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE DWELLING ALLOWING
RAINWATER TO INFILTRATE AND DAMAGE THE INTERIOR PLASTER, THE ROOFING
SHALL BE REPAIRED AND THE DAMAGE TO THE PLASTER REPAIRED.
THE SECOND FLOOR TUB FAUCET CREATES A CROSS CONNECTION OF POTABLE WATER
AND SHALL BE REPLACED BY A LICENSED PLUMBER. BELOW RIM FAUCET,
THE THREE PRONG ELECTRICAL RECEPTACLE IN THE SECOND FLOOR BATH IS UN-
GROUNDED AND SHALL BE REPLACED WITH A GFI ELECTRICAL WALL RECEPTACLE.

Since a recent inspection of my property located at 851 wisconsin
St. in Oshkosh, I have been taking care of violations by specified dates.
This includes fixing all of the broken glass in windows and the storm
windows. I have located all but three of the storm windows for the
building and have orderd combination storms for these remaining three,
but have not recieved them yet. Also, not all of the screen inserts could
be found so I am req uesting permission to replace these with combination
storms a few at a time, starting in april with windows that are presently
missing their screens, rather than putting money into screen inserts. It
was noted in the inspection that all windows should be checked for proper
operation and ability to prevent wind infitration. We have been going thru
each window and reglazing, scraping, and priming all windows and have
not yet finished all of them, but we do have a good start. Finally the
refridgerator that is in the garage has been aranged to be picked up on
Monday the 25th of october, but I have removed the front door of the unit
for saftey in the mean time. If you have any questions please give me a
