On all residential premises any junk, debris or other condition, which creates a public nuisance, and eyesore generating
~omplaints from neighbors shall be removed or properly stored. Unlicensed and/or inoperable vehicles & auto parts are
prohibited and shall be removed from the premises. YOU HAVE RECEIVED PRIOR NOTICES OF THIS CODE
REQUIREMENT ON THIS OR OTHER PROPERTIES YOU OWN.
Summary
It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as
~pecified. Failure to confirm compliance {236-5137} will result in citations being issued and court action pursued. IT IS
RECOMMENDED THAT YOU BEGIN A SELF-INSPECTION PROGRAM OF ALL YOUR PROPERTIES (8+) TO ASSURE
ITHAT THEY ALL MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE MINIMUM HOUSING CODE. FUTURE VIOLATIONS WILL BE
CITED ALONG WITH ORDERS.
