This door was recently replaced. The fact that is this the only door ompounds the exiting siutation and creates a potential hazard for the occupants of the living unit. A second exit shall be installed following approval from the Building Inspector. Permit Required. All open boxes, improperly installed wiring in the basement to be repaired by a licensed electrician. Common area smoke detectors (basements) are the sole responsibility of the property owner. The pwner shall replace batteries once per year or at the beginning of new tenancies. Written responsibilities shall be given to the pccupants concerning smoke detectors. The 2nd floor smoke detector shall be replaced. The basement smoke detector shall be moved. The leaking waste stack in the basement shall be repaired. There is a possible open sewer (see pg 5 upper pic) which shall be sealed if indeed an open sewer.
