Yards shall be maintained by the owner according to the provisions of Section 18-69A and 18-79.1B of the Oshkosh Property Maintenance Code. 2 16-35A (6) No owner shall rent to any other person for occupancy or allow any person to occupy any dwelling unit or premises unless it is safe and clean and complies with all provisions of the Minimum Housing Code and Section 18-79.1 of the Property Maintenance Code. 3 16-37A (2) Every occupant of a dwelling or dwelling unit shall maintain in a clean condition that part of the dwelling, dwelling unit and yard which he/she occupies or controls. 4 18-79.1B (a) There are two unlicensed/inoperable vehicles parked at the rear of the dwelling. These vehicles ( Lincoln & Plymouth) shall be removed from the premises. ~@OO~[~F~@ 1 CORRECTION SCHEDULE This is a FINAL N OTI CE concerning violations of the Oshkosh Property Maintenance Code on any of your rental properties in the City of Oshkosh. On March 21,1995 an order was issued to clean up the rental property at this address. On April 4, 1995, due to additional complaints on other properties and orders a letter was issued stating that if your properties were not maintained, citations would be issued and court action pursued without any further written violation/correction notices. Therefore, please be advised there will be no further written notices issued for violations which have occurred and been ordered corrected on your rental properties in the past. All future complaints will result in citations being requested and issued immediately without written notice to you. Please pay particular attenton to Item #1 as you will be held ultimately responsible for violations on your properties. If tenants names are submitted to this office, citations will also be issued to them. Item #4 shall be corrected before July 25, 1995.
