Chamco has reviewed the signs for Mercury Marine.
Per the Covenants and Restrictions regarding the City of Oshkosh Industrial Parks (attached), all signs/buildings,
etc on a site shall be out of the front yard setback which is 40ft of the right-of-way of any public street or highway.
You have indicated as such in your email to me that the signs will be out of the 40ft setback.
Signs 1, revised 2, & revised 3 are within the 6 feet height restriction as well as the 72 sq foot restriction.
Wall signs 4 & 5 are acceptable as well.

Morning Nancy Jo.
Mark Smith from Flyway signs dropped off a sign application for the above address yesterday. I told him to send a copy
your way as well since its in the SW Park. I'm seeing several issues after a cursory review.
I) Although I don't have a scaled site plan; the site plan he does provide appears to indicate proposed signs 1, 2, and 3 are
all well within the required 30' front yard setback in the M-3 District. I don't see any provision in CHAMCO's covenants that
would allow them in this area either.
II) Proposed signs 2 and 3 are also well within the required setback, but also exceed the 6' height restriction and 72 sq. ft.
restriction in Section VII (C) of CHAMCO's covenants.
I didn't see any issues with proposed signs 4 and 5 that would be wall signs. Call me when you (or whoever) have a
chance to review the proposal with your thoughts and input.
