All exterior surfaces thereof be kept painted pr covered with exterior siding for purposes of preservation and appearance. Siding needs to be completed. Areas where paint is hipping/peeling need to be repaired by scraping and painting or covering with a weather resistant rhaterial. , It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as ~pecified. Upon completing the corrections, the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 12/10/2006 Office hours for obtaining permits are Monday through Friday 7:30-8:30 a.m. and 12:30-1 :30 p.m. or by appointment.
