Code 16-35A(1)(a) Compliance No Compliance Date 05/19/2007 very floor, floor covering, wall, ceiling, kitchen counters & tops, cupboards & exterior doors etc shall be kept in good repair. Damage from oisture by windows and AlC unit need to be repaired. Shower area needs to be cleaned & re-caulked. Wall area under kitchen sink needs to be appropriately repaired with drywall. Code 16-35A(1)(b) Compliance No Compliance Date 05/19/2007 II rainwater shall be so drained from the roof/ground so as not to allow dampness inside the dwelling unit and so drained as not to allow tanding water, water damage or other detrimental conditions in the dwelling. The AlCunit needs to be properly flashed (from exterior) to revent water penetrating the exterior of the building.
