Subject: Renaissance Center Landscaping
David,
The owner of the Renaissance has requested that we modify the landscape plan as shown on the attached
sketches. The first change would delete 3 spruce trees on the south side of the property along Witzel and add a
Maple tree as shown. The concern is that the spruce trees in the front will eventually block views of the proposed
sign for the office. The second change would be to replace the 6 foot fence along the north side of the property
with a solid row of 5 foot tall arborvitae to provide a green edge rather than a fence. Please review and call or
email me ASAP to discuss. I have attached 3 drawings. One is the existing plan, the second is the proposed
modifications, and the third is the Landscape Data indicating how the plant counts would change. Thanks.
