The exterior of every structure or accessory structure (garage or shed) including fences shall be maintained by the owner in
good repair and all exterior surfaces thereof be kept painted or covered with exterior siding for purposes of preservation and
appearance. All building foundations shall be maintained in good repair. See Photos for locations and specifics on violations
noted. PORCH REQUIRES STRUCTURAL REPAIR BEFORE PAINTING.
