We have several potential buyers and are working out the details. They have received a copy of the violation notice that you sent us. We hope to have the house sold in 60 days and the new owners would have 30 to 60 days to correct the violations. When we have completed the sale, I will send you the name and address of the new owners. Thank you for your consideration on this matter.
