Dear Mr. Luedtke:
As per our telephone conversation on June 2, 1993, we will be selling the property at 1027
Wisconsin Street. We have several potential buyers and are working out the details. They have
received a copy of the violation notice that you sent us.
We hope to have the house sold in 60 days and the new owners would have 30 to 60 days to
correct the violations.
When we have completed the sale, I will send you the name and address of the new owners.

We have received a compliant by the City of Oshkosh. They have informed us that as of May
18, 1993 you will no longer be able to park vehicles on the lawn. Your vehicles will only be
allowed to be parked in the concrete driveway.
Please cease doing this or we both will receive a citation for this.
