ALL OF THE WINDOWS IN THE LIVING UNIT ARE IN EXTREMELY POOR CONDITION AND SHALL BE REPLACED WITH NEW WINDOWS TO STOP COLD AIR INFILTRAJION. A GFI ELECTRICAL WALL RECEPTACLE SHALL BE INSTALLED IN THE BATHROOM BY A LICENSED CONTRACTOR WITH PERMIT.
