This constitutes rooming house use. The Oshkosh Municipal Code defines as rooming house as any dwell- ing unit in which space is let to more than four (4) roomers. The Code also requires that no building may be occupied as a rooming house without a rooming house license. Inasmuch as no license has been is- sued, this occupancy would be in violation of the Oshkosh Municipal Code. Enclosed are application forms for rooming house licenses. If you wish to continue to rent the above mentioned properties as five bedroom dwelling units, you will be required to apply for and obtain a license. Before a license can be issued, however, the dwelling will have to be brought up to State Codes for such use.
