1. 21.02 Complete truss plans and layout are required to be submitted for review, and be
provided on site at the time of rough inspection.
2. 21.09 Smoke detectors are required to be provided in each bedroom and adjacent to all
sleeping areas. This will require 2 in common area on 1 st floor due to bedroom separation.
3. No structure is permitted within any Easement located on the property.
4. Caution on floor joist span - Depending on grade of lumber the floor joists may be over span
in area with bay window bump out.
5. 21.05 Safety glass is required in windows adjacent to doors - bump out angled windows
required to be safety glass.
6. 21.02 Point loads from headers on second floor in bedroom # 2 and #3 must transfer properly
through the cantilever properly - provide calculations showing how this will be
accomp lished.
7. 21.02 Calculations are required for all beams and headers carrying point loads, and indicating
the required bearing length.
8. The drainage will be required to be completed in compliance with the approved grading and
drainage plan.
9. Heat loss calculations are required to match the actual construction.
