3. CONDITION: Proposed sign meets condition that it cannot exceed 8 ft. in height.
4. CONDITION: Sign must meet 13' front yard (Bowen St.) setback requirement from right-of-way.
5. CONDITION: Per applicant, brick materials used to support sign shall match principal structure
building materials.
6. CONDITION: Base of sign shaH be landscaped in accordance with previously approved landscape
plan.
