During an inspection of both dvlel.ling uni ts live roaches
were seen. Every owner shall be responsible for the ex-
termination of any insects, etc. \vhenever the infesi::ation
occu~s in more than one dwelling unit in a dwelling. A
professional exterminator shall be contacted to eliminate
the roaches.

FINDINGS OF INSPECTION
The following violations were found in the second floor
living unit 1014A Wright Street:
The bathroom receptacle is nonfunctional and shall be re-
placed vli th a GFI electrical \.Jall receptacle. PER!v1IT
The bathroom window shall be made to open and a screen
installed for ventilation.
Two receptacles in the kitchen do not work one in which
the space heater is plugged into..
One of the living room receptacles does not work.
The. space heater will not light and shall be checked for
proper operation and a cleaning.
The Southeast bedroom windows shall be made weathertight
to keep out cold air infiltration.
The smoke detector was disconnected from the battery. New
batteries shall be supplied by the owner upon a new lease
period and on a yearly basis.
The kitchen ceiling is in poor condition and shall be
replaced to a smooth and washable surface. .

FINDINGS OF INSPECTION
All windows in the dwelling shall be repaired and glazed
and necessary to stop cold air infiltration.
The following violations were found in the first floor
living unit lOl4 Wright Street:
The bathroom floor is in a serious state of deterioration
and shall be properly replaced with new subfloor, floor,
and floor covering. The toilet shall be removed and rese
by a licensed plumber.
A GFI electrical vlal1 receptacle is required in the bath-
room.
The ceiling in the room housing the waterheater shall be
replaced. '
All of the knockouts are missing in the service panel.
Plugs shall be lnstal~ed t6 prevent electrical shock.
The waterheater relief valve is improper and shall be re-
placed by a licensed contractor.
All windows shall be made weathertight so that plastic
is not required to stop cold air infiltration.

FINAL NOTICE
Dear Mr. Ruck:
Just a reminder that your dwellingj..gar-age..
located at 1014 Wright Street
has been under orders to correct violations of
the Oshkosh Property Maintenance Code, Section
18-79.1A since November 3, 1989 .
The violation(s} noted were
Exterior
siding' has excessive chipped and peeling paint.
A reinspection will be made on May 17y
1990 to assure that progress is being made to
correct the existing violations.
Failure to comply with the orders and make
the corrections by June 15, 1990 will result in
citations being issued and court action pursued.
If citations have ~already been issued, fines
will be levied on a daily basis from ~, date
