1. 16-35 (2) The front porch is ,in a deteriorated condition with
decayed/non~code decking, steps, support posts and roof.
The entire structure shall be replaced to Code.
2. 16-35 (2) The South porch is in a similar condition as above with
deteriorated decking, roof, steps, guardrails and hand-
rails. This porch shall be replaced to Code.
3. 18-79.IA The siding is in poor condition creating an unsightly
appearance from the street. The siding shall be repaired
or replaced to a neat and weatherproof condition.
4. 16-35 (d) The window for the front stairwell is missing and shall be
replaced.
5. 16-34 (3) The wiring to the garage is in poor condition with the
insulation missing and shall be properly replaced by a
I icensed contractor. PERMIT REQUIRED.
6. 18-79.IA The garage roof and facia are in a deteriorated condition
with decayed areas and holes. The roof and facia shall
be replaced.
7. ZONING The second accessory building shall be removed from the
property.

FINDINGS OF INSPECTION
The rear chimney is in a deteriorated condition and shall
be repaired or removed if not in use.
The East steps to the rear door are in poor condition and
shall be replaced.
The East storm door is broken and shall be removed or
replaced.
The dwell ing has been partially painted and shall be
properly completed.
The front steps shall be illuminated by installing a
light fixture outside. PERMIT REQUIRED.
The roof is leaking into the front entry stairwell. The
roof shall be repaired or replaced to stop ainwater in-
filtration and the damage to the interior repaired.
The carpeting on the front interior steps shall be re-
moved as it creates an extreme tripping hazard.
A reinspection of the property will be made on June 28,
1988 to assure progress in the correction of the noted
violations.

CONTRACT FOR DEMOLIDON OF GARAGE

This Agreement is made this S day of ~~if ' 1993, between Karen
Allen of the City of Oshkosh, County of Winnebago, State of Wisconsin, herein called the
"Owner", and Michael Kiesow of the City of Oshkosh, County of Winnebago, State of
Wisconsin, herein called the "Contractor". Owner owns a garage located at 928 Wisconsin
Street, in the City of Oshkosh, County of Winnebago, State of Wisconsin.
Consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein and other good and valuable
consideration, the Owner and Contractor agree as follows:
1. WORK TO BE PERFORMED: Contractor will tear down and carry away all
materials comprising the above described garage to the cement slab (the cement slab is not to
be removed) all of which the Contractor will fully protect from injury during demolition of the
garage. The premises shall be left clean and free of debris. All work shall be performed and
completed no later than May 31, 1993.
2. LABOR AND EOUIPMENT: Contractor will provide all labor and materials, and
furnish or erect, at its own expense, whatever equipment or work which may be necessary for
the expeditious and proper execution of the duties herein.
3. OBTAINING PERMITS: Owner will secure at her own expense, all permits, licenses
and consents required by law or necessary to perform the work. Contractor will give all notices,
and otherwise comply with all applicable city, county and state laws, ordinances, rules and
regulations.
4. TERMINATION FOR DEFAULT: Should the Contractor at any time refuse or
neglect to supply a sufficient number or amount of skilled workman, materials, or equipment,
or fail in any respect to prosecute the work with promptness and diligence, or fail to perform

any of this contract, Owner may, at her election, terminate the employment of the Contractor,
giving notice to the Contractor in writing of such election, and enter on the premises and take
possession, for the purpose of completing the work included under this contract, of all materials,
tools, and appliances belonging to the Contractor, and to employ any other person or persons
to finish the work and provide the materials thereof, at the expense of the Contractor.
5. INDEMNIFICATION OF OWNER: Contractor will indemnify the Owner against
all suits or claims arising out of the Contractor's performance of his duties under this contract,
regardless of who makes the claim or whether the claim is based on the alleged negligence of
the Contractor. The Contractor will defend all such actions at its own expense, including
attorneys fees, and will satisfy' any judgment rendered against the Owner in any such action.
6. ASSIGNMENT OF RISK: Contractor will bear all risk of damages to and failure
of the work he has done under this contract until such work has been completed and accepted
by the Owner.
7. PAYMENT OF THE CONTRACTOR: For the Contractor's satisfactory
performance of his duties under this contract, the Owner will allow the Contractor to receive any
and all funds from the sale, possession, transfer, or control over the materials to be removed.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereby execute this agreement at Oshkosh, Wisconsin
on the day and year above written.
