1. 21.02 Complete truss plans and layout are required to be submitted for review, and be
provided on site at the time of rough inspection.
2. 21.09 Smoke detectors are required to be provided in each bedroom and adjacent to all
sleeping areas.
3. No structure is permitted within any Easement located on the property.
4. The drainage will be required to be completed in compliance with the approved grading and
drainage plan.
5. Heat loss calculations are required to match the actual construction.
