APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN BUILT WITHOUT A PERMIT AND IS NOT SIDED ACCORDING TO CODE. DUE TO THE FACT THE DWELLING IS OCCUPIED AND FOR SAFETY REAsor THE FRONT STEPS .SHALL BE REBUILT TO CODE WITH PROPER HANDRAIL: GUARDRAILS SHALL ALSO BE INSTALLED ON THE FRONT PORCH TO CODE A PERMIT WILL BE REQUIRED. . .. ..
