!he BU1ld1ng Inspector shall order the owner of premises upon which
1S located any building or part thereof within the City, which in
the judgement of the Inspector is so old, dilapidated or has become
so out of repair or otherwise be in a condition as to be dangerous,
unsafe, insanitary, a fire hazard or otherwise unfit for human
habitation, occupancy or use, and so that it would be unreasonable
to repair the same, to raze and remove such building or part
thereof, or if it can be made safe by repair, to repair and make
safe and sanitary, or to raze or remove at the owner's option
"Building" as used in this Section shall include any building.or
structure.
2. 16-35 (A6) SAFE AND CLEAN DWELLING UNITS AND PREMISES. NO OWNER SHALL RENT TO ANY
OTHER PERSON FOR OCCUPANCY OR ALLOW ANY PERSON TO OCCUpy ANY DWELLING
UNIT UNLESS IT IS SAFE AND CLEAN... AND COMPLIES \"1ITH ALL PROVISIONS OF THI
MINIt>1UM HOUSING CODE AND PROPERTY MAINTENANCE CODE.

IONS OF RAZING OR REPAIRING THIS RENTAL DWELLING. PLEASE NOTE ITEM #2.
CONTINUED RENTAL OR OCCUPANCY OF THIS DWELLING IN ITS PRESENT CONDfTION

DETERIORATION AND INADEQUATE MAINTENANCE..CREATINGANUISANCE
AND REDUCING PROPERTY VALUES IN THE AREA. FOLLOWING THE CLEA~
.UP OF THE SURROUNDING YARDS~ AN INSPECTION WILL BE MADE TO AS-
CERTAIN WHAT WILL BE REQUIRED TO BRING THE EXTERIOR OF THE
DWELLING INTO COMPLIANCE WITH THE OSHKOSH PROPERTY MAINTENANC~
CODE. THIS WILL INCLUDE AN INSPECTION BY THE BUILDING INSPEC-
TOR TO ASCERTAIN WHETHER OR NOT THE DWELLING CAN REASONABLY
BE REPAIRED.
THE NEW STORAGE BUILDING. APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN BUILT WITHOUT
A PERMIT AND IS NOT SIDED ACCORDING TO CODE.
DUE TO THE FACT THE DWELLING IS OCCUPIED AND FOR SAFETY REAsor
THE FRONT STEPS .SHALL BE REBUILT TO CODE WITH PROPER HANDRAIL:
GUARDRAILS SHALL ALSO BE INSTALLED ON THE FRONT PORCH TO CODE
A PERMIT WILL BE REQUIRED.

PERMITS SHALL BE OBTAINED BY DECEMBER 13) 1991. AN INSPECTIOI
WILL BE MADE ON DECEMBER 4; 1991 TO ASSURE T~E PREMISES HAS
BEEN CLEARED OF ALL JUNK AND DEBRIS NOTED.
