I am writing this letter as a follow up to a Correction Notice you were issued on 8/23/04
and re-issued on 5/19/05 for your property located at 1433 Witzel Ave. in Oshkosh. I
have enclosed a copy for your review. Our records indicate that the notice is still open.
A re-inspection is required to verify compliance before the notice can be closed out.
Please contact me on or before January 12,2007 with the status ofthe required repairs or
to schedule the necessary re-inspection.

I would like a 30 day extension on correction repairs # 7 - 9 - 11 Correction # 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 - 5 - 6 - 8 - 12 - have been
completed.
I have signed discloser on # 9 on that issue.
I have signed smoke detectors from tenants.
I was never aware the stove had a problem. I have purchased a new stove.
The tenant that called you are the ones that broke the door. I was in the process of evicting them and that is what I found
when they left.
