1. CONDITION: Parking stalls shall be striped and maintained in a clear and visible manner. I
2. NOTE: Per submitted plans, all dumpsters and/or recycling storage shall be kept inside the
buildings.
3. CONDITION: Submitted landscape plan meets required tree and shrub counts. The owner of the
premises shall be responsible for the replacement of alllandscapinglplant material that has died to
ensure required tree and shrub totals exist on-site as shown on submitted plans.
4. NOTE: Exterior lighting is not included in review, as it is not supplied. No additional exterior
lighting shall be installed prior to a photometric plan being provided and approved.
5. NOTE: Signage is not included in review. No additional signage shall be installed until proper
permit has been applied for.
6. NOTE: Per applicant, mechanical equipment shall be located in the building's interior.
7. CONDITION: No open storage areas shown on submitted plans. Thus, no open storage of
materials is permitted on site.
