CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY
An Occupancy Permit is hereby granted for the new duplex located
at 2456 - 2458 Blake Court, Oshkosh, Wisconsin 54904, as described
in Building Permit Application number(s) 42108.
This building is to be used only as a duplex and is located in the
R-2 Two Family Residence District.
LIMITATIONS:
Maximum Floor Loading: 40 Ibs per square foot live load.
Maximum persons and/or living units: Two living units.
NOTE:
1)' Per ILHR 21.125, soil erosion measures shall remain in place
until the disturbed area is stabilized.
2) OMHC 16-33(A) (9) (a) All rental units shall be provided with
deadbolt locking devices on entry and exit doors.
A Certificate of Occupancy shall be required prior to occupancy,
should additional building(s) be erected, or should any buildings
mentioned above be altered or moved. The use of land, or
buildings, shall not be changed until a Certificate of Occupancy is
issued for that occupancy.
