unsafe, insanitary, a fire hazard or otherwise: unfit for human
habitation, occupancy or use, and so that it would be unreasonab1e
to repair the same, to raze and remove such bU,ilding or part
thereof, or if it can be made safe by repair, to repair and make
safe and sanitary, or to raze or remove at the: ownerls option.
"Building" as used in this Section shall include any building or
structure. .

THE FURNACE HAS BEEN UNDER WATER AND SHALL BE CHECKED AND CLEANED FOR
PROPER AND SAFE OPERATION.
ADDITIONAL HEAT DUCTS OR OTHER SOURCES'OF HEAT SHALL BE SUPPLIED TO
