' FLOOR SUPPORTS OF FIRSr FLOOR ARE ,IMPROPERLY INSTALLED/AND DECAYED WHERE WATER HAS REACHED THEM. FLOOR TO BE LEVELED' AND PROPER FOOTINGS AND S~PPORTS INSTALLED. , PLUMBING HAS BEEN INSTALLED WITHOUT PERMIT BY UNLICENSED PERSON CREATING NLMEROUS PLUMBING VIOLATIONS. THE WEST BEDROOM ON SECOND FLOOR SHALL BE EQU I PPED WITH A DOOR. THE FURNACE HAS BEEN UNDER WATER AND SHALL BE CHECKED AND CLEANED FOR PROPER AND SAFE OPERATION. ADDITIONAL HEAT DUCTS OR OTHER SOURCES OF HEAT SHALL BE SUPPLIED TO THE SECOND FLOOR BEDROOMS AND BATHROOM. IfvM:DIATELY INSPECTOR
