so out of repair or otherwise be in a conditior as to be dangerous
unsafe,.insanitary, a fire hazard or othen:'ise, tinfit for human'
habitatlon, occupancy or use, and so that lt would be unreasonable
to repair the same, to raze and remove such bu,ilding or part
thereof, or if it can be made safe by repair, to repair and make
safe and sanitary, or to raze or remove at the; owner's option.

WHERE WATER HAS REACHED THEM. FLOOR TO BE LEVELED' AND PROPER FOOTINGS
AND S~PPORTS INSTALLED.

PLUMBING HAS BEEN INSTALLED WITHOUT PERMIT BY UNLICENSED PERSON CREATING
NLMEROUS PLUMBING VIOLATIONS.

THE WEST BEDROOM ON SECOND FLOOR SHALL BE EQU I PPED WITH A DOOR.
THE FURNACE HAS BEEN UNDER WATER AND SHALL BE CHECKED AND CLEANED FOR
PROPER AND SAFE OPERATION.
ADDITIONAL HEAT DUCTS OR OTHER SOURCES OF HEAT SHALL BE SUPPLIED TO
THE SECOND FLOOR BEDROOMS AND BATHROOM.
