The surface is required to be slip res stant and be constructed out 0 materials approved for exterior use. OSB is not an approved material. Code compliant handrails are also requ red. A level landing is required 04/02/2007 o be provided at the end of the ramp that is at least as wide as the ramp and measures a minimum of 3 feet in he direction of travel. (Refer to Last code requirements in attached pamphlet) Updated Summary ~ building permit is required to be obtained within the next 15 days. Upon completing the corrections, the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date a t the bottom of this notice and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 5/2/2007 Office hours for obtaining permits are Monday through Friday 7:30-8:30 a.m. and 12:30-1 :30 p.m. or by appointment.
