The submittal has been CONDITIONALLY APPROVED. The owner, as defmed Chapter 101.01(10), Wisconsin Statutes, is responsible for compliance with all code requirements Key Item(s) / Conditions: NOTE: Revised plans submitted on 3/27/07 have reduced the amount of air being provided to the 290CFM. Should this be increased in the future, additionl plans and calculations are req ired to be submitted to show that the basement is provided with either the required mechanical venti ation 0 the the percent openable is being maintained in compliance with the code in effect at the time of c nstruction or alteration of this space. . IMC 304.8 Clearances from grade.
