The total square footage f pylon sign would decrease by 3.22 sq. ft. The application of messages would follow the following guidelines stated unl ss your ordinance calls for something else; messages would change at 2 second interva s with traveling messages traveling no slower then 16 light columns per second and n faster then 32 columns per second. If location is located along a DOT controlled highway e would follow the DOT regulations. The Centers are capable of showing still photogra hs and animated graphics which would be used periodically based1.l.pon: yom city regu ations. You will need to let us know what our options would be.
