Patrick O'Neill, Andy Dumke, Art Dumke 522 W 6th Ave LLC . 522 W 6th Ave Oshkosh, WI 54902 Dear Sirs: On March 14,2007 the Board of Appeals approved a variance to permit a parking 1 t with a 19' front yard setback, an 8' rear yard setback, and side yard setbacks of 0' (west) and ' (east) with the following conditions: (a) Conditional use permit is granted by the Common Council. (b) Fence style to be approved the Department of Community Development (c) Fence to be located on the outside of the landscape buffer along the n rth and east lot lines with the approval of the neighbor to the east at 510 W 6 Ave. . (d) Landscaping to include plantings between the parking lot and the right- f-way. The decision of the Board was filed in the Planning Services Division Office of th Department of Community Development on March 15,2007. Per Section 30-6(C)(3) and (4) 0 the City of Oshkosh Zoning Ordinance, your variance will expire on September 15, 2007 unl ss you have started construction for the activity allowed by the variance. If you fail to begin co struction by this date, you must reapply for a variance if YOll intend to go ahead with the activit allowed by the variance. . Please be advised that any person or persons aggrieved by any decision of the Boar of Appeals may commence action in Circuit Court within thirty (30) days after the filing of he decision. Permits may be issued on approval of the Board, but you should be aware hat further action could take place until as much as 30 days after the date of the decision. Building permits may be applied for from the Inspection Services Division in Roo 205 at the Oshkosh City Hall between 7:30 - 8:30 AM and 12:30 - 1 :30 PM, Monday thru F iday, or call (920) 236-5050 for an appointment.
