THE JUNK AND DEBRIS IN THE REAR YARD INCLUDING THE OLD ANTENNA AND AUTO TIRE WHICH DOES NOT BELON~ TO THE CURRENT' TENANTS SHALL BE REMOVED FROM THE PREMISES. THE DRIVEWAY IS FULL OF LARGE HOLES1 RUTS A D SHALL BE GRADED LEVEL OR ADDITIONAL GRAVEL INSTALLED.
