CHECKED BY WPS OR OTHER"AUTHORIZED SERVICE A ENT AND REPAIRED
OR REPLACED IMMEDIATELY.
3. 16-33 (6) THE NEWLY INSTALLED HANDRAILS AND GUARDRAILS .N THE PORCHES

THE JUNK AND DEBRIS IN THE REAR YARD INCLUDING THE OLD
ANTENNA AND AUTO TIRE WHICH DOES NOT BELON~ TO THE CURRENT'
TENANTS SHALL BE REMOVED FROM THE PREMISES.
THE DRIVEWAY IS FULL OF LARGE HOLES1 RUTS A D SHALL BE
GRADED LEVEL OR ADDITIONAL GRAVEL INSTALLED.
A REINSPECTION WILL BE MADE ON DECEMBER 5) 991 TO ASSURE
COMPLIANCE, IF THE SCREENS IN THE BASEMENT ARE TO BE USED
