Summary
It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as specified
and return the signed confirmation. Any future violations of this/these ordinance(s) will be cited $212.00, when found, along
with written orders to correct.
Violations must be corrected and approved within 30 days unless otherwise noted. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections, the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 6/27/05
