'16-34 (3) cc.: FINDINGS OF INSPECTION The shower stall walls are warped allowing water to spill over onto the floor and leak through'causing damage to the ceiling tiles' in the dining room. Shower frame also cracked. ,A newer water heater has been installed without permit. The basement is filled with junk and debris which shall be removed including the old waterheater. The sewer cleanout cap is loose and shall be tightened. The dining room ceiling shall be replaced. Handrails are required on the front steps, on the rear two sets'of steps, on both sets of interior rear steps, and on the steps to the second floor (lower part) . Guardrails at a height of 36 inches are required on the front porch and on the airing porch at the rear upper end of the dvlelling.
