Shower frame also cracked. .A newer water heater has been installed without permit. The basement is filled with junk and debris which shall be removed including the old waterheater. The sewer cleanout cap is loose and shall be tightened. The dining room ceiling shall be replaced. Handrails are required on the front steps, on the rear two sets.of steps, on both sets of interior rear steps, and on the steps to the second floor (lower part) .
