creates a nuisance for the nei'J:lbors. The exterior siding r
roofing, porches, steps and all ap?utronances thereto 3ha1
be repaired, replaced and all areas of chipped or peeling
paint shall be scraped, primed and painted or properly
sided i1i th appropriate material intended for that use.

gress. . Failure to comply will result in citations being
issued and court action pursued to get the violations cor
rected.
