SMOKE DETECTOR IS REQUIRED AT THE TOP OF ALL INTERIOR Cav'MON AREAS.
5. 16-33A (6) THE REAR PORCH AND STEPS ARE SERIOUSLY DETERIORATED CREATING A HAZARD
FOR THE TENANTS. THE PORCH AND STEPS SHALL BE REPLACED TO CODE.
6. 16-34A (3) AN EXTERIOR LIGHT IS REQUIRED TO ILLUMINATE THE REAR ENTRY/EXIT STEPS.
